Oversees client supply chain optimization, rate negotiation, KPI management, and process improvement. 5+ years of 3PL/supply chain experience and strong analytical skills required.

Manages daily warehouse operations (Long Beach / San Diego), inventory control, team leadership, and safety compliance. Forklift experience and WMS knowledge essential.

Handles international freight booking (FCL/LCL/air), carrier management, export/import documentation, and customs compliance. Minimum 3 years freight forwarding experience required.

Primary point of contact for key accounts, shipment status updates, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction management. Bilingual (English/Korean) and strong communication skills required.
