By accessing or using the website www.3plus-group.com (the “Website”), requesting or using any logistics, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, or related services (“Services”) provided by 3Plus Logistics Co. (“3Plus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Scope of Services
We provide domestic and international freight forwarding, trucking, air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution, and related logistics services. All Services are subject to these Terms & Conditions, unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties states otherwise.


3. Quotes & Rates
    •    All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
    •    Rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, storage charges, demurrage, detention, or any unforeseen costs unless expressly included.
    •    We reserve the right to adjust rates due to fuel surcharges, carrier increases, or other uncontrollable cost changes.


4. Payment Terms
    •    Payment is due within the terms stated on the invoice (standard: Net 15 days from invoice date).
    •    Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5% monthly interest and may result in suspension of Services.
    •    Customer is responsible for all collection and legal fees in case of non-payment.


5. Liability & Limitations
    •    We act as a freight forwarder and/or customs broker, not as a direct carrier, unless expressly stated.
    •    Our liability is limited in accordance with the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA), Warsaw/Montreal Convention, Carmack Amendment, and other applicable international conventions and U.S. federal law.
    •    In no event shall our liability exceed US$500 per shipment or the declared value (whichever is lower) unless higher liability coverage is purchased in advance and confirmed in writing.
    •    We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, income, or business opportunity.


6. Claims
    •    Cargo claims must be filed in writing within 9 months from the date of delivery (or expected delivery).
    •    Concealed damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
    •    Failure to file within the required time bars the claim completely.


7. Dangerous Goods & Prohibited Items
Customers must declare all hazardous materials and comply with IATA, IMDG, and U.S. DOT regulations. Shipments containing prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods may be refused, destroyed, or returned at the customer’s expense.


8. Insurance
Cargo insurance is not automatically included. Customers may request All-Risk cargo insurance through us at additional cost. If declined, the shipment travels at the customer’s own risk under the limited liability stated above.


9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government actions, weather, or any event beyond our reasonable control.


10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is owned by or licensed to 3Plus Logistics Co. and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.


11. User Account & Responsibilities
If you create an account on our Website:
    •    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    •    You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
    •    You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.


12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or conduct that we deem harmful.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.


14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
